If you're working with an architect or interior designer, we bring them into this visit too. If you're not yet, we can introduce you to firms we've worked with successfully.

Design & Planning
This is where your renovation takes shape. Working alongside the architect and designer, we refine the design and finalize the plan. By the end of this phase, you'll have a clear picture of what the finished home will look like and how we'll get there together.
04.
The Renovation
Construction begins. We manage the trades, hold the schedule, and keep you informed throughout. When it's done, walking through the finished space should feel like coming home to the house you always imagined.

Whole-home renovations, gut remodels, and projects involving structural or major mechanical work usually require the family to move out for a defined period. When we're engaged early, we can help align the design with realistic scope and cost, identify opportunities that add value, and help you avoid decisions that would be expensive to reverse later.
