See how we’ve earned our reputation

Any builder can frame a house.

What separates our homes is what happens in the last few months. The tile, the millwork, the details most builders rush to hit a deadline. Take a closer look at our custom home builder portfolio in Destin and Orange Beach, and you’ll see the difference of a VDT home.

We Don’t Hand Our Clients Off

VDT Construction was founded by Phillip Vlahos in 2009 and has grown into a partnership with Brodie DeBogory and Scottie Tuck, one of the few luxury builders licensed and building in both Florida and Alabama. Every project on this page had a partner involved from the first conversation to the final walkthrough, which is why our custom home builder portfolio in Destin and Orange Beach speaks for itself.

What It’s Like to Build With Us

"Phillip Vlahos built our retirement home on Ono Island. He is very creative and always came up with a solution whenever a situation came up. Our relationship grew during the construction of our home. Phillip is like a son to us now!”
