Tall, dark-framed windows rise above the entry offering a welcome that feels both grand and genuinely warm. It’s a fitting start for a home where every surface has a story to tell.
On the lake in Regatta Bay, this waterfront home brings together smooth stucco, exposed brick, stained columns, and open rafter tails in a look that feels coastal and modern at once. Inside, a similar mix of textures carries through the home, from reclaimed beams overhead to the split brick wall in the kitchen.
THE VISION
This was always meant to be home. The owners wanted a full-time residence with real cham, the kind of house that feels like it has been loved for years from the very first day. They pictured a kitchen at its heart, comfortable rooms for family, and an easy connection to the lake just beyond the backyard.
Every finish and design detail was hand-selected by the owners themselves, which gives the home a personal quality that’s hard to replicate. Our job was to bring each of those choices to life exactly as they imagined.
Our Approach
A home built on texture depends on how its materials meet. Brick, timber, and stucco each bring their own personality, and the craft is in letting them sit together naturally, with clean transitions and consistent detail from room to room.
That care shows most in the spaces used every day. The vaulted kitchen pairs exposed brick and timber beams with crisp white cabinetry, while the bedrooms and baths stay calm and light, so the home feels layered without ever feeling busy.
